Health Information Solutions
Workforce Resources, Inc. provides medical record coding, record analysis, and contract oversight to Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) across the United States. Currently we serve as a subcontractor on coding contracts at Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC) and National Naval Medical Center (NNMC), providing certified medical record coders and health record analysts in support of the MTFs health information management needs. In addition, we have experience overseeing medical record coding contracts at WRAMC, NNMC, Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) and Pope Air Force Base. Medical coding services are being provided both on-site at the MTFs and via remote coding.
In addition, our staff includes seasoned medical professionals (i.e., registered nurses, public health analysts, scientific medical writers) that can help develop policies and procedure related to medical issues. Our staff has been instrumental in assisting a government agency develop their pandemic response policies; addressing issues related to the medical conditions of truck drivers requesting an exemption from the FMCSA regulations; and reviewing/analyzing current policy and making recommendations. Representative tasks include assisting with creating handouts and web site information for drivers and the general public regarding the various conditions, the health consequences of each, how are they treated, and the consequences for drivers (both behind the wheel and with respect to their medical certification), etc.
